Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mailbox accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail box accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will do everything else.
